The Effects of Late Unnapping on Sleep

After schoor into the evening, it makes it much harder then your bodyis just not ready for sleep. Then at your normal bedtime it's harder to fall asleep and you have a hard time waking up the next day because your battery is not charged. And so can really see the impact, especially of the late unnapp later in the day. We also, relly want to think about independent sleep. Kids will climb intoe parents beds, or parents will fall asleep because they are exhausted in their child's bed. This is what we call sleep association. In teens, often, as might be, i can't fall asleep unless i have the te ve on in my room,.
