In a single teaspoon, there are billions of organisms. The calcium and phosphorus that makes up our teeth and our bones, the iron that courses through our blood, they all only come from soil. And as those nutrients continue to cycle, you know, into the plant, into the animal, into us, it literally forms our bodies - we couldn't exist without it.
