What Are Some of the Biggest Lessons From Your Mentor?

I think the number one thing is that i know nothing, but if i can kind of understand what every department is going through, i'll at least know what questions to ask to help us get to point b. And so once when i did that, and hi say, my last kind of boss, an mentor, was good because he was an innovator in the industry. I've always surrounded myself, whether it was by chance or a circumstance. But, you know, my dad being the first person i saw always working beyond all hours. It wasn't a nine to five scenario.
