What Is a One-on-One Meeting?

One of the most important meetings a manager can have every week with his direct reports. The purpose of the one-on-one is to build connection, understand how people are doing. This is a good place for people to ask questions that maybe they're not comfortable asking in a group setting or just maybe personal to themselves.
