Is It a Cognitive Bias?
When faced with something that might happen, you're not sure it's going to happen. It seems to me people will only really deeply accept three possibilities. We are asked to make medical decisions on the basis of likelihood, right and risks. And it's very hard to e very often to make those decisions. Or we look at the chance of something happening rather than the chances of it not happening.
