Do You Like Six to Ten Raps?

I like higher raps, for sure, a especially on the elbows. If youre goin for five, six raps, it dosn't only work. I'm usually more eight to 15 a biceps. Oras biceps, my biceps fatigue so fast. It's interesting me if i do a bicep curl, rest a little bit,. Like letting my biceps a bit more fast twitch where, like, i'll see my my reps go way down if i don't get enough rest. Where's triceps?  i find that triceps, i tend to do better with higher res. Is there any body parts or exercises that you firmly believe
