When you're starting I think the words can help a lot right so then now that you've loved sort of two sides of yourself that were in conflict right you love the side of yourself that has this loathing. From that place you can now bring your love into all of yourself and just have self love for all parts of you for all of yourself. Then you can act from that place to sort of to sort of work to get into this positive motivation system which we can get into in a second. So yeah it can be helpful to do that now otherwise you can do it in your head and then again eventually this becomes sort of more just a feelingYeah once you've gone through these steps
