The Psychology of B.F. Skinner

B.F. Skinner believed that free will had little to do with why humans and animals do the things they do. He used operant conditioning, a method of using rewards and consequences to get a preferred behavior. His most controversial invention came when he created an air-conditioned crib for his daughter.
