How to Double Up on Hypertrophy and Conditioning

If you want to get conditioning and hypertrophy in the same workout then I would go sled right so push the sled for upwards of 40 seconds heavy. Then I would alternate between forward and backward drags just get an insane pump on the legs while your heart's beating out of your chest. That's a good way to double up on that did I give three? The other will be chest and biceps let's say on Monday they were not going to overhead press which is fine because a lot of people can't over head press we're going to just do like side side and rear lateral type of stuff. And then back and triceps on on Friday and then you do the same thing
