All of us have moments or to some extent can be moving whether or not it's physically upright and walking. When our body is moving, that's a great place to become consciously attentive to how it feels. Stretching is so, I don't know what's underrated, overlooked. It's so important. If we don't stretch our muscles, if we don't stretching our bodies, our bodies will essentially just kind of get stuck in the way that they are.
