Serotonin in the Synaptic Cleft Can Cause Depression
Serotonin, as one of the biogenic amines, is made from dietary protein like histamine and the catacolamines. Too much serotonin in the synaptic cleft can cause some even worse problems than depression. But please do not alter your medications based on my opinions without talking to your doctor.
