I really have my athletes focusing on getting your normal pre and post training nutrition. If nothing else, if everything else is wonky because you're traveling, at least do that. That's going to help you on the front end to have a good session on the back end. Yes. But a lot. And that always makes my stomach hurt after a while. Like once or twice as good. Once we're getting to like day three, my stomach is like, I just traveled where I eat out. This is, I haven't done this in years."
