i'd love to talk about montana, but i think we're here to talk about iron paper. And so what i'd love to dig into is iron papers focus on adding more senior or more director type rolls into the organization. How did you go about deciding the the future fer for these types of rolls at your agency? Ye, that's, that's a good question.
