Talking about anger has made me feel lighter this morning. There is something about recognizing that if you are sitting with something and you're not sure what that feeling is yet, I would invite you to ask yourself this question. If I was feeling angry right now, what might I be angry about? Yes. And just to listen to what comes back, if you find your tongue pressed up against the roof of your mouth or your calves are engaged or your shoulders are raised, just check in with yourself. Is there something about my situation that needs to change right now? Yeah. Well, I'm into going and walk around Zen Buddhist garden, joyously laughing at everyone because I no longer feel rage
