The Importance of Food in Borderline Personality
As a species, we start consuming probiotic foods in the 1940s when I fell from America, built the fridge. We'd leave the manjares over the winter and they were creating their own good bacteria. This was just a natural process again that we were doing for thousands of years to keep food over the winter. And then we stopped. You can't just alter a species that quickly. It doesn't have time to evolve. Not much is going to happen over 70 years except for damage - which if you look closely enough, we've caused a lot of damage with food. When I started consuming probiotics like kombucha or kimchi, they helped digest the food.
