The Dual Role of Account Management in an Agency
In some cultures in the world, that is not that's not allowed, like we're sitting here in North America. You are not expected to or allowed to actually push back on the client but that's where good strategy comes from. In this servant master relationship it's hard to see a high consistency of high quality work coming out of that relationship. It's disappointing because I can see that marketers are not getting value for money.
