The Effects of Mitochondria on Mood

The brain is the most energy intensive organ of the body, using like 20% of all oxygen. As soon as you basically have like any kind of depletion of energy, your mitochondria start to become less efficient and then everything starts to break down your brain. When I improve my mitochondria, the it improves mood in general. It's definitely one of the pathways for mood. So maybe talk a little bit more about that.
