I think that's brilliant advice for everybody to consider how to alleviate their own feelings of anger, anxiety, depression. And if only that message could reach everybody, especially the angry people or the depressed people that aren't aware of their circumstances. So I wanted to ask you about, I believe a core component to a lot of our, how we see the world stems from our values. Why are values so important to our own well-being? Because our values really shape our emotions.
