Anxiety is a full body experience. Slowing down that exhalation is how we gain stability and groundedness in a world that feels very shaken up. We want our attention to be on the positive side of things, but it's hard to redirect that attention when our nervous system is frazzled. The quality of our thoughts absolutely dictates the quality of our reality.
