The Importance of Pizza in New York City
I think that wasn't my idea even though it should have been because I should be paying enough attention. It was just sort of an observation that all of a sudden over the last few years, there was such a concentration of high quality places in that neighborhood. And then Williamsburg pizza and then his groan. He's spent more time on Staten Island than anyone else who writes about like restaurants in New York who doesn't live there or isn't from there.
