There's a huge amount of value in handling that low hanging fruit like you had talked about being able to potentially deflect 50%. I mean, that's a massive number. There's such an art and a science to which things we keep from a human and then which things we immediately route to the right human who can handle it. The agent is really required. It is always going to be a human in the loop because there are a lot of transactions that are very complex.
