I think the the problem comes up a on these jobs where they come to me a, they're very wishy washy about the scope. And i try and do fix prices for both of those whenever i can. So if you had an estate, maybe you've got a house schematic or a, you know, there's probably terms for these that you already use. If your maybe you could do it by acres. But i don't love that tat's a weird thing to measure. You could say the if it's basically a residential pride a winery's not a residential projectye.
