Sometimes things just hurt for no reason like sometimes i might have a little nagging cramp in one of my calves or something and then i walk around and then it's okay. The biggest thing is knowing the difference between that and my bicep is going to tear if i do anything in the gym today. Just having good foundations will alleviate most of the injuries before they happen. When you start to redline things you do more than you should be  that's when those things start to happen, he says.
