i think what that really brings us nicely on to is the approach to the patient. And just going to go back to 20 14, when anderson published what i think is a really useful clinica check list. So wi'll put the link to this in the show notes. But essentially, that check list was to evaluate for tissue hypo pefusion,. first of all, and to restore it. To evaluate for local tissue aschema and treat it. To stop or reverse offending agents.To consider thim in deficiency and treat if suspected.
