The Bifurcation of the Ad Agency Market
Advertising is now a very mature market and it's responding as mature markets tend to behave. I would say fully half of the market is these more independent, specialized, highly fragmented, highly specialized firms that are solving very specific problems for very specific markets. In conversations I have with people who are thriving, I'm not seeing it anything like 50%, numbers of businesses let alone in terms of headcount.
