What Is Inciting the Protagonist?
The inciting incident in ed mc bain is witnessing a murder. And what is inciting in the protagonist here? So i actually realized i have two different answers on this. I think that sam has to be in the same position as the protagonist, and that that's part of they can't have the same problem space. If you weren't looking to iterate this pattern, that's an interesting variation that you could explore.
