I think most of us, we, we watch shows and stuff into the night time. But then as you're winding down, n puton o on screen, right? So putting on your blue light blocking ap or whatever is like alining your circadian rhythm with what it should be. I was zealousle watching shot themselves. Tat was my favorite, though. You wake up at like, two a m. The t v is on your like, ah, this is nice. And that night i got just the most incredible night of sleep ever. Really....
