For a christian, i think it's ok to huff and puff. I'd rather you stay with that tight, locomotive breath the whole time. In my perfect world, you would nose breath through the raps. That will make most people control their breathing better if you can do nose breathing. Course, my elergies are kicking in this wind. It was hen i used that still when i workewthwit football players, your eyes are faster an your feet. And every sport has a moment where all of a sudden it gets much easier if you control your you're the issue.
