How to Measure the Effectiveness of Product Ops
When do you feel like a company needs to start seriously thinking about spinning up the product ops function? How do you think about those? Two great questions, Phil. There is no easy answer to this because what we do is very people focused. We put specific product, success metrics in place that are specific to that. Of course, absolutely we do. A lot of it really does come down to the trust, the confidence that the business is going to be in place,. And an important thing that we have to remember with product operations is we're not here to support product managers. But certainly looking at what you're replacing.
