Stop chasing pain means treating where it hurts, but then stop chasing it and look everywhere else. Living with pain actually makes you more unaware of all the things that could be adding to it. If your gut's not right, it's hard for your muscular skeletal system or your immune system to be optimized. The rest in regin and repair is dependent on getting those nutritional building blocks into the blood stream. And so if you're only digesting half of what you eat, it's pretty hard to recover from anything that you dod. So sometimes just slowing up and looking at all those things movement will actually give you a thumb' up before they will subjectively say i'm feeling better.
