I would say that I'm very good on curves. I like small holes, have a good finger strength and right now I think I'm have a pretty good just strength basis. Have a good core I can do front lever and one arm pull-ups which definitely helps weaker though in everything that's linked to coordination big moves still although I've been working on it. And what about like slopers and pinches? It was definitely not my thing but you know I've been practicing just like for everything else whenever you see a weakness you want to try to just include it in your training a little bit every day so that you eventually get better.
