Building a Product or a Service at Otok?

i'm curious if you thought about building this as a, either a product or even a feature at zoto. As we know, building sales channel in te helthcur pace is super hard. And on the product side, i didn't think there was so much enegy. So that i think it's much faster, literary, to build a company from scratch than building it as a part of a large entity.
