This is an oldie, but a goodie, DeFranco's gym special stop and go farmer's walks. Great for core strength and great variation to just improve an athlete's ability to decelerate and then accelerate. The first year I started training triple H when he was getting ready for his WrestleMania match against the undertaker. That was one of his big things, you know, coming off more of a bodybuilding background and training more on machines.
