How to Track Your Weight Loss Habits

If you can tie your results to some particular things in weight loss, it was tremendous, tremendously helpful for me. It's usually our perception of things that matter, but not the exact amount of things that we take or we do. So if there is a challenging or like risky thing and I'm just going to take it as a champ...I guess it's also a mind shift thread. Mind shift is a big love. Now I'm taking away sugar. Even though life without sugar might be a bit more sad.
