The Problem With Empiricism
The founders of the US were, were big time rationalists for the most part. And so you have to be able to say, okay, I think that muscle growth is a good idea for strength. The problem isn't necessarily when taking empiricism too far. It's saying, hey, I want to investigate this over the very long term. Also isn't a bad statement. But at the moment, if you had to hedge your bets and train, the data does show we would suggest most logically that musclegrowth is a causative factor of strength adaptation.
