How to Navigate in the Strange World of Technology

As a coach, how do we continue to make an impact? I've got two young kids, right? I'm a parent. Like there's just different things that I'm doing now than when I was 28 or 30 years old and coaching college kids. It becomes more difficult to relate to 18 to 22 year olds because we're not on the same wavelength. We had a childhood that was devoid of the internet. And so how do we best interact with young people who all they know is the internet and always being connected and always being online)? You got to be able to relate to them. Good, bad and different.
