The Effects of Bank Plus Pit TASO on System C and Creatine

Bank plus pit TASO compared to vancomycin in combination with sephapine. Bank pit as associated with significantly increased creatinine at 48 hours, but was not associated with change in system C. In fact, the system C concentrations tended towards being lower in patients. We looked at clinical outcomes that are thought to be downstream of acute kidney injury including need for renewable placement therapy and mortality hospital mortality. And, and found no association with those outcomes either. It's consistent with the idea that that the association with gratin is a pseudo toxicity.
