The Roller Coaster of Remote Service

I want to talk a little bit about your opinion on how these capabilities are sort of forever changing service delivery. So I think one of the points you made that's interesting is when there were a lot of restrictions in place and or a really high level of concern around safety, right? It was sort of, to your point, you're nudged into what can we do remotely? Let's do that. And then as things normalized, you mentioned sort of the roller coaster a bit. But like I just said, it would, I think, not be wise to just go back to, you know, the way it was, right?
