The Art of Content Modeling
The art of content modeling is still unfamiliar to many UX designers who hear content and sometimes assume it doesn't apply to them. This is especially true for UXers who deal with software as a service or product design strategies that involve quote unquote content, sometimes fall on deaf ears. I think that content modeling has been siloed in the content strategy world and UXers aren't using it enough. And even content strategists are using content modeling just for the really content-y type objects like vehicles.
