There's been a lot of concern about the ratio. Our omega-3 levels intakes have gone down, they're pretty low. Not very reflective of the levels that you find in whole foods. The people who had the highest omega-6 little lake levels at the beginning of the study had the lowest risk for developing heart disease or diabetes.
