Darcy and simon are the owners of a new restaurant in Toronto, Canada. Darcy grew up on a small town dairy farm with her large french canadian family. Simon's father was a farmer politician who had fish fries and corn roasts as part of a farmer politician roll they had in their community. The pair hope to bring world-class dining to an area that has long been starved for it.
