How to Figure Out Your Market Size
The first place to start is asking Ben, how do you figure out market size? I would spend it using the system way more than you think. The total addressable market is kind of what we talk about. It's end customers versus end users. And then there's a total of users, which include all the users at each customer. So for example, we have a portfolio company that sells to a lot of hotels, right? That's the hotel. In some cases, if it's a franchisee, it's a little different.
