There was a great distinction you made between the volume and intensity of lifting weights, absolute load, versus what wecan get away with with more conventional calstag movements. The million dollar question i want to ask is, with calsnas based strength movements, how close should we be traind to failure? Like, what proximity to failure sholl we be working out? You can go closer to failure. And i can tell you that the stronger you get, you will choose those those efforts wisely. That's perfecty.
