I was lucky to have gotten into research about a decade ago from the communications and technical support route. So I currently work at Uber Ease, I lead a team of researchers across membership, merchant and ads. It's been three years so far and I'm loving every single day of it. The reality is we're not rational or behaviors are not rational and that's why user research and UX research exists.
