The Importance of Flexibility in Performance

The best strength i have is just determination like i just don't get the idea of being worried about failing one things or nervous in a way that's detrimental to performance. I've been training for 25 over years and keep turning over every stone thinking what else can i do  to improve my performances. If you feel like right i need to improve my crimp strength then you think well okay i've been trained for25 over years but it's probably going to be like a little slight tweaks here and there, he says. "I'm not an exceptional sex climber so as a red point Climber i find myself pointing it to other climbers" He also reveals his favourite climbing technique:
