The Role of Light in Sleep
There's three basic driving forces for sleep: cortisol, light and denticine. Light one is sensed through something called a pineal gland right behind the eyes. So unless they sleep during the day, they can still sleep. You're not your body's program to do it at a certain time of the day; you've turning that on its head.
