Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that you don't really want to get in excess amounts from a supplement. Collagen includes things like proline and glycine which do seem to be good for the skin but I'm curious what your take is on it as well. In terms of creams and topical products you may see out there it's really sort of not worth your money because they aren't going to move the needle on any kind of benefit.
