The Importance of General Activities in Athletes

There's a group of activities that may be closer to your target sport but not actually your target sport if you like. They will really kind of strengthen some of the things that you do and really almost like the transfer that goes on there would be very positive. I wouldn't want coaches to think that all those general activities had the same status with some more complementary than others. Some sports are going to have less relevance to yourtarget sport but they're just going to make it give you a broader movement repertoire which can improve your confidence.
