The Importance of Feeling Good

It's an old school workout that I originally got from, well, there's a book called Super Squats. If you don't really feel like working out, okay, that's fine. Write down what you're going to do and then just do it. Just put the numbers down and do what you're supposed to do. Feelings are not not valid. To rely on feelings is generally not a good thing.
