We Don't Have Down Time, but We Do Have It
We wanted to present a slighty fallible human element to the business. It was always that's always about us. We try and get that across in the brand with the way we talk about the product,. The whole idea is that you either love it or you hate it. On the first use, on the first run end, we see see customers siding. When they test out the first notice. They often say, ire sorry, i've broken something. Or i think it's almost like em by having the product called what it is, it kind of makes it a bit easier to say it.
